Detailed Eligibility for Cloudera Recruitment 2021:
- 0-2 years of Desktop Support in a Mac/Windows environment (we are 75% Mac)
- Some experience using an MDM solution – preferably JAMF and/or Airwatch
- Knowledge in anti-virus/malware solutions
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom & Hangouts Meet Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a high growth, team focused company with minimal day to day supervision
- BS in a technical major preferred

Job Description:

As Cloudera adopts new technology, you will be called upon to provide training so you must be comfortable standing up in front of a group of coworkers and explain technology in a clear and simple manner. You must also be able to work independently with minimal follow-up, be accountable and take pride in your work. This position reports to the IT Manager in Budapest, Hungary.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux environment
- Manage the new hire onboarding process: set-up accounts and equipment for new employees and provide user training
- Manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using JIRA Service Desk
- Administer G-Suite, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms
- Provide meeting, A/V and VoIP support
- Document and update IT processes, while trying to find holes in them
- Have familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (JIRA preferred)
- Manage our local and remote printers
- Support iOS and Android devices
